Are white wines really only for fish and chicken and red wines only for red meat? What's all this smelling, sniffing and swirling all about? Here is quick class for the wine perplexed.
Come to our 30 minute Wine 101 class in the beautiful Fowler Room at 4pm during our fundraiser. This will leave you plenty of time to try out what you learn.
Ron Johnson is a Certified Specialist of Wine and a member of the Society of Wine Educators. He formerly worked at Chateau Ste. Michelle and owned a small wine shop in Mukilteo. He loves sharing his joy and knowledge of wine with others.
